“Very nice Red Sauce! I haven’t tried the Blend Sauce yet, but I hope it’s a little hotter than the Red. That’s the only reason I gave 4, rather than 5 stars.”

“From the time I placed the order it took approx. a week or so for my friend to get her order in GA. from Las Cruces. It arrived in good shape too. Very few reject chiles. Hard to get thru on the phone to this Co. to place my order but other than that it was a good experience and the customer service was nice & friendly. With all that and the FREE shipping with my order I can honestly say I will be ordering from this Co. again. :)”

“I ordered the Red and Green fresh chili along with 2 bottles of Red Sauce. The chili is large and very meaty... Some pieces has some age to them wrinkling... But, as a whole! I am very happy! The chili taste amazing. The only reason I gave a 4 Stars instead of 5 stars... was because the bottles of red chili sauce were placed in the same box with the fresh chili.... and as you know shippers are not kind to items being transported! But, I did get FREE shipping! So I recommend FRESH CHILI CO. And will buy again! Have not tried the red sauce yet, but it looks really good!”

“The chili was very tasty. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of the taste of lime juice I suppose is there for preservative. Just my preference, I don't like lemon or lime added to any chili I make or eat. That being said, the green chili flavor was great.”

“Big Jim’s were great! Roasted up and nicely frozen for future uses. Pistachios were disappointing. Totally bland! Suggest you try a lime chili seasoning instead of just chili powder.”

“Sauce is delicious I suspect Chile’s would be same but recommend styrofoam and blue ice packaging in lieu of cardboard and poking holes in box As my Chile’s came molded and gushy so they went strait into trash I will continue to get sauces from this company”

“You mailed on Tuesday and I didn’t get till Thursday so I had a few moldy ones but otherwise very good”

We actually picked the chile fresh from the farm that Tuesday morning and shipped it off to you that same day. Hi Mary, Yes, your Fresh Hatch Chile can be preserved easily by freezing them - HOWEVER - you must FIRST roast them. You can then transfer to a freezer bag (we recommend quart sized and add about 8 chile at a time) and they will stay good for a year. You can freeze them peeled or unpeeled, either way is fine just as long as you have roasted them first. Warmly, The Fresh Chile Co.
