I ordered and received the three mixed bottles of sauces and I'm holding them for Christmas dinner. I ordered three more, but they are medium hot. I'll deal with the mix up, as I had ordered mild. Thses will make excellent Christmas gifts. I'll try the N.M. enchilada recipe and report back. Excellent delivery service and packaging.

I made a mistake when ordering and got pure green chile when I wanted green chile sauce ! So maybe mark them better for easire ordering

I thought my order was for green chile sauce but I got pure green chile which don't know if I will use ! It took about 8 days to receive in great condition !

We cooked chili with the green. Loved the taste and ease of cooking. Very good product we will be buying more green after we have tried the red.

My first order took forever which was explained by new facility delays BUT when my order arrived I've loved it. I received my second order lickety split. Love using your products the red such a good fresh flavor. I have used red in mild and med. But know med is for my taste and I wonder if half hot and half med might even be better, I've used the red/green mix, loved it. I only have one jar of green, my son is trying to talk me out of it. I only wish the product could be available in my state. But did appreciate when you gave me the 10$ shipping. Satisfied customer.

I just love it, but was surprised by the heat level. My jar seems to be a little bit more spicy than I am used to, so overall I just hope You keep up the Great work.

Hi, James, We're so glad to hear that you're loving the Mild Blend. Chiles tend to turn out a little differently with each harvest because they are affected by not only soil and location, but climate as well. I ordered 2 and only got 1, I was only charged for 1 but the shipping on 2 was almost the same as 1

Just what I was hoping for! Having just left Wyoming, I was missing my Hatch green chili which I used to buy by the bushel. This brought back all those memories: smell, taste and temperature. My only complaint is that it took three months to get three jars - inventory and shipping issues!

Placed order and it took almost a month to get product. When it was delivered one jar was broken and the whole box was a mess. Need to package jars more securely, That being said the chile is the best!

We outgrew our old production facility this past year and worked hard all summer to get our brand new state-of-the-art facility up and running. As you can imagine, there were some delays with its completion, which set us a little behind our expectations for producing sauces. My shipment (order placed 8/30/19) was returned by UPS (10/22/19) because of damage in transit. I'm currently waiting for my replacement order to be shipped. Laura does an excellent job with customer service, but I think she needs a little help. The owners should get together with Uline and design some new packaging to minimize in transit damage. Based on reading these reviews, breakage is just too common of an occurrence. #callULINE
