“I received my first order, unfortunately it was not what I ordered. I called and spoke with (Sarah) I believe. She was very pleasant and more than happy to make it right. I am impressed with her and the service she provided. Last night I made a green chili cheeseburger and the flavor was excellent. I only wished I had ordered the hot not the medium. Next order I will. Thanks!”

“I miss the smell of roasting green Chile in Las Cruces. But at least I can enjoy the true flavors of Hatch Chile. For years I had fresh Chile shipped to me and I roasted them, bagged them, and froze them to use until next season. These are easier and better. Thank you.”

“I have family in New Mexico, and I used to live in Colorado. I’ve eaten hatch green chili more than half my life. When I moved to FL, people would look at me with crossed eyes when I asked for green chili...everywhere! Well, now I have an outlet where I can get it when I want it...instead of begging my dad to buy, roast, peel, freeze and ship me fresh chilis from NM...LOL! Thank you!!!”

“I ordered the 3 jar package. 1 Red and 2 green. The communication about shipping and delivery was excellent. The package arrived very well packed and in only a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised by the the size of the jars. They were larger than I had envisioned. The first thing I tried was to make red enchiladas. I was not impressed with the flavor of the red chili sauce. The next day I used some of the green, that was fantastic. When this all gone, I will defiantly reorder more green.”
