“The service was great and responsive. We also loved the salsas. We live in Southern California and can get fresh salsa in any supermarket, but we really enjoy the Hatch Chile Salsa we can get only from this company. Between the two of us, having made Green Chile Cheeseburgers, Nachos and Huevos Rancheros, we have gone through two jars in three days. I'm afraid that we might be seriously addicted.”

“I love everything ❤️ I ourchased from your company. I love that flavor of the Hatch chili. We used the ground red chili in our tacos yesterday and again in our morning eggs. The Hatch chili pecans lasted barely 24 hours! Lol. I can hardly wait to use the jars of sauce. It's so nice to brighten our food during this scary pandemic. Thank you 😊. Teresa Ramos.”

“I really like the flavors of your Chile sauces. It's a little expensive at first if one was to compare the price of these sauces to what you find in the store, but you won't find this quality of Chile Sauce in the store. So, considering what you get, this is an acceptable price. The videos of the company and owners home life, and recipes bring me closer to having a better relationship with The Fresh Chile Company... Much Respect....”

“Very happy to have ordered my 3-pack of green, red and mixed sauces. Loved the cute inserts from the McMillans and have enjoyed several dishes based on recipes they recommend. Excellent pre-receipt info on Covid-related shipping delays too,and when the package arrived, it was thoughtfully packed and a pleasure to open and start to use. Would like to gift some packages as the year progresses and, of course, I'll be back for more. Great company, appreciate the care and love you put in to everything.”
