“Hello! I feel as I’ve struck gold! We are head over heels in love with your products. I have sent other small orders to friends to try. Nothing in the grocery store compares. The medium has the perfect zing to it. So glad we found you so please don’t go anywhere. Will be ordering again very soon. May you have nothing but success in your future! Nan Auman”

“The products are delicious! I’m missing living in New Mexico and the delicious red and green chili sauces or “Christmas”. Considering the current situation with the shutdown everywhere they were quick to get my order to me also! Looking forward to ordering more soon so I can make some Posole soup!”

“From start to finish ordering was super easy. The website is wonderful and has lots of ideas how to use all of their products. The packaging is outstanding and loved that there were recipe booklets in there as well. The hatch green chile roast.....so delicious, fresh, and versatile. Stews, sauces, eggs, meats....frankly I’m hooked! Outstanding products and looking forward to cooking with their red chile sauce.”

“Love love love the Green chile, getting ready to order more. I believe if I had got the mild I would have eaten straight from jar. But medium just right on food. I did the pork chops with cream of mushroom and green chile, like in recipe book was great. Order came exactly when you said it would”
