“They do their homework and know how to capture the true essence of chile. I love that The Fresh Chile Company provides a vast variety of prepared chile to match everyone’s taste. It’s my go to when I want to add some flavor as well as heat. I also enjoy using their dried green & red chile right out of the shaker. Thank you for providing a friendly staff to handle orders and making sure the order gets delivered correctly. Definitely two thumbs up from a grateful customer!!”

“I was not impressed at all. I have had Hatch chile when I lived near Hatch and this was not even hot. I purchased the hot and was let down. I will never order again.”

“My entire family can’t get enough of this Chile, we love it everyday. Although our favorite is the red and green mixed. The green Chile stew recipe was the best the best, I added fire roasted tomatoes and new potatoes to the recipe and it was a hit.”
