“Special flavor that I haven’t had in years. I grew up with what my mom called “ New Mexico Enchilada’s”. They were the best. I haven’t been able to find a Chile sauce that could come close to the flavor these enchiladas had. Until now. This sauce is the best! Great flavor, quality, and freshness.”

Hi Jerry, Sorry to hear your chile didn't have as much heat as you'd have liked. We want to let you know that we do have an XHOT heat level that we encourage you to try if more heat is what you like! In the next few weeks we will be altering our XHot recipe to make it even hotter so it will be far and above spicier than the Hot that you ordered and tried. Hope you'll give it another chance. “I have bought two gifts, one for my daughters family and one set for my sons family.. I got them the 3 different flavors. They love them. I buy the Blend for my husband and I. I use it to cook my pork loin in with onions and green bell peppers. pit in a flour shell.”

“Shipped the order quickly and packed well. The taste was very good and the hot was not so hot as to not be able to enjoy it. My family liked it and put it on eggs one morning. Will get the Verde with my next order.”

“The green and red/green are excellent, good thick with great flavor. The red will be good for sauce, not as stand alone. The extra hot was good but was not extra hot heat, maybe hot at most. I know, after years of eating hatch chili, you can't judge the heat by what is on the bag. Overall a very good product, looking forward to future business.”

We are altering our recipe in the next few weeks and the next batch of Fresh Red that we make will be exclusively made with Lumbre chile peppers making it significantly spicier than the current XHot.
