“Love, love, love this stuff, the xtra hot is the bomb!! I was a little disappointed in the pecans tho, not enough whole halfs, lots of small peices. Still delicious tho.”

“I have been using there Product for a Year and it is the best New Mexico Hatch Chili.I have used it to make Green Chili Stew,Green Chili Enchiladas and Stacked Red Chili Enchiladas. Very happy with there product.”

“I’m a spoiled New Mexican that really knows and cherished the chile products in our state. I have now ordered twice for myself and twice for friends and family. The Fresh Chile Company never disappoints. Historically, I’ve roasted, peeled, and frozen my own. Having a jar that I can pull out and use as needed is awesome!!”

“Born and raised in SW New Mexico, having Hatch chile (red, green, chopped, sauces) is a must! My husband was growing our own chiles in Arizona. He purchased the seeds from a farmer in Hatch. It was much work, but we were able to have Hatch chile. NOW, we are purchasing our chile from the Fresh Chile Company! The Fresh Chile Company products are AWESOME! We've shared this company info with all of our family and friends! This is the closest we've had other than purchasing fresh or growing and picking fresh. THANK YOU!”
