“I am absolutely in love with your chili. The taste is the best and when ordering the hot I was wondering if it would actually be hot.. It is and I love it. Will definitely be ordering more!”

“I ordered just as they had been getting orders through the roof. They did the best they could to add a shipping shift and some new crew members while staying safe during the covid outbreak. Took a little longer than normal to get the order, but at least they let us know via facebook video how they were working hard to catch up, about how many days they needed to catch up, which I think was very classy and good business to keep us updated.”

“New Mexico native living in Texas where TexMex is actually consider edible fare.??? I grew up in the Albuquerque south valley, my best friends father (3rd gen NM Sanchez) grew his own acre of chili down in isleta. Your chili is authentice and delicious! Just finished a meal of green chili stew. Simple: Fresh Chile Company Green, onion and tomato sliced up, a bit of garlic, chunks of simmered pork, water and half bottle of beer..home made tortillas..Heaven!”

“Ok, so I finally got a couple of jars of Abuelos Red with the express purpose of using it in my tried and true Chili Colorado recipe. OMG!!! I've never been one to toot my own horn, but that was some special Chili Colorado. The difference the Abuelos Red made was stunning! Thanks FCC for the absolute best products!”
