“Love love love the Green chile, getting ready to order more. I believe if I had got the mild I would have eaten straight from jar. But medium just right on food. I did the pork chops with cream of mushroom and green chile, like in recipe book was great. Order came exactly when you said it would”

“Order was pretty screwed up at first after talking in person over phone ordering and paying.then couple days later changed order on their behalf,then order not shipped yet for week and half.then the address has a fault next then allmost three weeks later finally gets shipped.love the stuff but contemplating being a returning customer from all this.”

“Very responsive when you email or text them. I ordered 3 different types and cannot wait to taste them. Next time I may get more or a larger order. But I am hoping to actually visit their farm and processing plant for a tour.”

“We tried the multi pack Red, Green & Mixed. We tried the green first and it was good. A little spicy which helped give it some character. Next we tried the red and it is pretty good. The only thing that stands out is the very bright red color. Lastly, the mixed red/green was the best of the pack. Which isn’t a glowing review. It’s a good middle of the road salsa.”

“I received my first order, unfortunately it was not what I ordered. I called and spoke with (Sarah) I believe. She was very pleasant and more than happy to make it right. I am impressed with her and the service she provided. Last night I made a green chili cheeseburger and the flavor was excellent. I only wished I had ordered the hot not the medium. Next order I will. Thanks!”

“I miss the smell of roasting green Chile in Las Cruces. But at least I can enjoy the true flavors of Hatch Chile. For years I had fresh Chile shipped to me and I roasted them, bagged them, and froze them to use until next season. These are easier and better. Thank you.”
