“My first order was this June 2020 I took two jars of the green and red chili sauce camping. I'm the designated camp chef. I used them to make the best enchiladas, tacos and pulled pork dishes. They raved about my cooking for days...but we know it was the sauces! I will definitely order from this company many times. If your considering an oder...do it you will be very happy. And Happy Birthday to the founder...from a very grateful customer!”

“I love love love this red sauce. I've tried both chili recipes and the carne adovada. It's absolutely delicious, so much better than the other bottled sauces I've bought. This company is great to work with I had a problem with a shipment (my fault actually) but they did everything they could to fix it. I'll be ordering from them for a long time!!”

“Tried Mama's Medium Salsa tonight for the first time on our carne asada tacos, I can say everyone was very pleased. I'm not the type to by any pre made salsas since I make my own but I gave in when I placed my order to give it a try. Medium flavor wasn't spicy at all it had good amount of flavor, it could have had little bit of a kick but it didn't. It's okay might try hot next time. I'm going to definitely going to order more next time.”

“I saw the recipe for the chile Verde and my mouth started watering lol so I continued onto the website to order some of the ingredients. Fed ex messed up somewhere bc tracking said delivered, but nothing was there. I contacted your company via email. The response was fast, sorted it out and resent my order! Well, I could smell the ingredients as soon as I opened the box! I just had some scrambled eggs with the red & green and omg it was amazing! Thank you so much, I will be ordering again and refer to my friends!!”

“My shipment arrived today in perfect shape, you guys know how to pack it! Couldn't wait to try some so we started with "Mama's Salsa", is it good or great?? Lol 💕 My wife fixed roasted poblanos stuffed with garlic cheese grits with a piece of leftover salmon mixed in along with some of Mama's and more added on the plate. I'm here to tell you it was a dish to repeat! Wonderful! You guys knocked it out of the park, can't wait to try ”Papa's Salsa" next. Thanks for a great product and thanks to Michele (I think that's her name) for taking my call after hours and straightening out the mess I made on line with my order. Thank you all. A. “Perfection! Ordered on the recommendation of a friend. Having spent time in Las Cruces, this brought authentic New Mexico yummy-ness straight to my door. The quality of their green chili and salsas is AMAZING! True to their name - hard to believe it's from a jar because everything tastes so fresh! Found the mild sauces to have a little heat but in a very good way!”
