“One of the (kinda) 'bad' things about leaving New Mexico, was not being able to enjoy the Hatch/Mesilla Valley chile dishes I had when I was a kid and later as an adult living in Las Cruces. With the Fresh Chile Company's wonderful products and recipes, I can once more enjoy those things that I love so much! Thank You, Fresh Chile Co.!!”

“I’m an extra hot guy and Papa’s Homemade Salsa is the best I’ve ever had. That is a problem due to my not being able to have reasonable servings. Abuela’s Traditional Red Chile Sauce makes some of the best Chile Colorado…I don’t remember any better. Thank you for great products.”

“I ordered the Red/Green and Green chile and both were AMAZING! I have not been able to find good NM style chile anywhere outside of the state and now I have a go to. The flavor is simple and fresh - it lets the NM chiles do all the work. This chile tastes great as a condiment for all types of food. I have told all my friends and family who love good NM style Mexican food about Fresh Chile Co and I hope to be a loyal customer for a long-time to come!”
