“My interest Piqued in the fresh chili company due to a recipe for Chile Verde that was posted on a social media site. After checking the company out I ordered the ingredients I would need for several of their on line recipes. The order arrived and I was off and running making the Chili Verde with posole seasoning and 2 jars of the hatch green chilis mild. It was a household hit! I placed a second order for more green chilis, this time medium heat, as well as some seasoning for creating elote! Well the second round was an even bigger hit with the family and friends! I'll be ordering more soon as they have been elevated to a regular dish in our household.”

“Our first order came in wrong. IE with the wrong items. We called and you sent the correct sauces the same day. That's good business and so appreciated. We will order more I'm sure. Love Papas salsa.”

“We are in love with your salad and sauces. I’m trying old recipes with your products added and so far I’ve gotten great reviews from my husband loves good flavor. I’m not going to individually review because we love each jar we’ve opened.”

“Discovering The Fresh Chile Company has been the best thing that has happened in 2020. I look forward to our bimonthly shipments for a taste of home, especially since we can't visit family at the moment. Everything we have tried - and we have tried a lot (fresh red, traditional red, green, green & red, green chile pistachios, praline pecans, posole) - has been fantastic. I now won't make enchiladas with anything but the fresh red sauce. If we're out we just have to wait! Thank you to The Fresh Chile Company; you have made this native New Mexican very happy.”

“Their traditional red chile is on point! I normally make it but with all the work of soaking/peeling/blending the chile pods, I thought I would give it a try. Will definitely go this route again.”

“I bought both types of the salsa and they were very good. I got the medium heat, and when I reorder, I’ll likely get mild next time. I’m under the impression that folks from New Mexico have a different standard of “medium heat” than those of us from the Pacific Northwest.😁. I’m also planning on trying their other products in the near future.”
