“It was my mother’s 80th birthday and her flowers from her deceased husband Never showed up when I called they said sorry not coming until the next day. Offered 20 percent off! Wow! No one called to let me know it was not going to be delivered to allow me to make sure she received her birthday gift from her deceased husband of 54 years. When they finally arrived at 3pm the next day the box was hot..the vase and flowers were so warm she had to have them cool down before she could open the. They fell apart as she took them out of the box. This was so disturbing ! I also spoke with a managers that offered to call her to apologized and this Never happened along with he was to Refund me for the flowrers that not only were late but were ruined from the heat. I guess they left them on the delivery truck over night. Why lie! What terrible customer service No cal! No apology! And no refund. What terrible customer service I am extremely disappointed and to disappoint an 80-year-old is just unbelievable or is Ken express what disappointment this is. We are aware of unforeseen circumstances however communication is always a key and best customer service and this was not even done when done. It was not fall through and lied to. Extremely unacceptable, do not order from this company ever !”

However, they charged me $30 for a $20 special & charged me a sane day/weekend fee which I didn’t request or receive. When I contacted them about they did nothing to rectify the situation.”

Anyhow, the flowers look like a cheap grocery store bundle shoved in a vase without any effort to arrange them attractively. The only thing they did right was to deliver them on time.

“Ordered “PLUSH” Teddy Bear and Balloons… requested same day delivery, didn’t happen.
Ordered the premium size (for a sick 5’year old. Was told I would get an email once delivered. Never received and email. Called my son to see if it was delivered. It was, he didn’t know who it was from because my card was not included, he then sent me a picture of the “PLUSH” Teddy Bear. It was a 6 inch scruffy, used looking Bear.
With tax, delivery charges I paid $91. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m now fighting to get a refund, not getting a response.”

“Absolutely terrible service. I requested delivery for a few days out. They couldn't do it, fine, so I changed the date to a few weeks out. Then I got an email saying they couldn't find a local florist and would need to cancel my order. But no worries, they can ship it by UPS but I couldn't use the discounts I was offered for my original order being messed up.”
“Paid extra for AM delivery - arrived a FULL DAY late! - over 24 hours later! The day AFTER the birthday! Despite 2 calls when they did not show up - they were not helpful and no update given and eventually when delivered not dame as website photo (less roses etc) the company gave almost no credit back and they obviously do not care about satisfies customers honestly this is the first review I have ever written for anything but is smears so angry and disappointed that my daughter received nothing on her special (25th) birthday!!!”
“I've had good results from them but the last time for Mother's Day they sent roses that were already drooping and within a few days they were completely dead. I could deal with this if they would have answered my email to let them know that the local company they used had failed them. I sent pictures and asked for new fresh flowers. I was completely ignored, no response at all! I emailed them back to let them know I will never use their services again if they didn't make this right. Again I was completely ignored! So I suggest if you want a hit and miss company that has no customer service then use them. If you expect better I'd find a better company! I tried to up load pictures to show you but it wouldn't upload for some reason.”
“So I paid for a premium bouquet of a dozen red roses and even more red carnations and pink carnations in a big clear vase $71
I got white and pale pink Mums in a short vase with two red roses that the stems don’t even reach the water the bouquet looks like a centerpiece for a table I contacted customer service and they agreed to credit my account $19.23 so I paid $52 for a while mum centerpiece. I should have went to the grocery store I could have gotten a better deal and they would have been better looking

“I paid for a large bouquet for my daughters birthday for fast same day 4 hour delivery with a balloon. I was so made when she sent me a picture of what was delivered. They were 6 hours late, the was no balloon, they sent the SMALL bouquet. Never again and I will be posting this on my social media. All I got back was $13 refund for spending almost $85. So disappointed that business will short change people trying to do a nice thing for others.”
“Flowers were sent to a friend and was sent a photo of 2 different delivery’s to her and they both look TOTALLY different than their photo. The bouquets were tiny as compared to photos. I ordered as well one bouquet with a balloon and teddy bear and of course the teddy bear never arrived with the flowers. Complete disaster. Had to escalate a claim. To PayPal as the company refused to give me a refund. The flowers as well were wilted. I spent close to 200 dollars. This company is horrible. I will never order again from them.”
