The flowers I order were beautiful mostly purple what they deliver was small and kind of ugly, no purple flowers at all, I will never order from this web page again! Very disappointed!! “Terrible company. I ordered from them on 7/17 to have a delivery on 7/18. I called 3 times throughout the day to check on my order and each time they said it would be delivered by 6pm. 6pm comes and my order hasn’t even been made and they offered to deliver the next day. Completely unacceptable since this was a surprise birthday gift . I cancelled my order because there is no way I would trust them to deliver anything for me again. I should’ve read the reviews before I ordered. This company sucks.”

The customer service agent on the phone told me he couldn’t issue a refund or a replacement before 6pm - they did show up 2 hours later. But what I got is not even close to the double upgraded “premium” arrangement I ordered. $89 for 3 lilies and some junk filler is an outrageous rip-off. When I complained, they did offer a 30% refund - which is inadequate. Do yourself a favor: don’t place an order with FromYouFlowers.”
“The order came to 100 dollars, it was for a deluxe teddy bear and balloons for our new granddaughter. The bear looked like it came from the claw machine it was so cheap and the balloons were hideous. It looked nothing like the picture!!! To say we were beyond disappointed and embarrassed that this was what our beautiful newborn grand baby recieved is an understatement. I will never use them ever again! Also they tried to offer a 20% discount I declined and insisted they refund the entire amount as their policy says!”

“I ordered their most expensive version of an arrangement called Passionate Peaches for my daughter. I’m not happy with what she received because she sent a picture to me. It may be the fault of the supplier they used, but they didn’t offer to remake the order and issued me a $12.12 partial order refund. I cannot recommend this place at all and will not use them again. Customer service was nice, but the recipient did not get what I paid for. Have included photo of what I ordered and then what I got. Not the same.”

Ended up ordering a standing spread and a smaller floor arrangement” walked in the church looking for them both, the floor arrangement was good… but when I noticed the standing spread my heart DROPPED!!!! After spending almost $300 paying extra for DELUXE “ this is what was delivered ⬇️see pictures below ⬇️ and was only given 20% of my money back 😡NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! Contacted customer service multiple times at around 6pm asking where the order was, they were unable to give an answer and kept saying they would email me with more information. No such email came.
By 7pm I demanded a full refund and once again had to fight with customer service to get it. Appalling experience that ended up ruining an anniversary. DO NOT USE.”
