“So I recently purchased a 10k curb link bracelet and when I received it in the mail, but it wasn't the right dimensions that I had originally purchased. However, the customer service was quick to reply and work on fixing my issue. The gold was awesome quality as well. Took the bracelet to a jeweler who confirmed the quality.”

“My first online purchase! Brought a 10kt Figaro man's bracelet 7mm 8" the bracelet has something, it seems like plastic wrap stuck on the links, where it may have been stored for some time! This is unacceptable this bracelet should have been cleaned before shipping. Frost NYC said they will send me $30.00 and I can have the bracelet cleaned by a local jeweler I've agreed to those terms.”

“Frost NYC gave me a great experience overall and I'm extremely happy that I came here to get my jewelery. I got a 20 inch solid gold cuban link chain and I've gotten so many compliments so far and it's a beautiful piece. The custom pendant that I wanted was a little overpriced, although I do agree that you have to pay for quality. Overall, I will be coming here many more times for all else that I need in the future. (Huge shoutout to Nick too for being super patient and giving me lots of great advice. He's really a good guy.)”
