“I never received my package which I paid a lot of money for. Fruugo claims to have sent it by post ( why) it should of been sent by courier. I never received anything. I went to the post office and they said it was sent back to the UK (I used fruugo.ae) I have sent many emails asking someone to help me. I get vague responses as no one knows !?! Sooo frustrated!! How can you take someone’s money and not provide them the service ?? Will definitely not use this company ever again and will definitely take this further.”

To my surprise, I got exactly what I ordered one week earlier that the commitment. “On August 8 2021, I placed an order for a mini drone (order no. 24485364) to be supplied by Foshan Lansirui Technology. I paid the due amount of 339 NIS. The transaction ID is 7362558. On August 11 the parcel was dispatched via Yanwen and on the 14 August for some reason was returned to the shipper. In the interim I waited for my package to be delivered and when it failed to arrive and I tracked it I saw what had happened. I contacted Frugo for an explanation. I then stated that I was no longer interested in receiving the shipment since it had long passed the due date and since it was a birthday gift which never arrived I had no need for it anymore. In fact i was referred to the retailer who offered a very feeble excuse and also mentioned that it had been reshipped and he was not able to withdraw it (I was never informed of this and no new tracking number was given to me either, I then tried contacting the retailer again following his email to me on 5th September and this was the answer I received.
'We have already sent it out, let’s call the logistics company to withdraw it, and we have successfully withdrawn our refund to you, please rest assured, I’m really sorry'

I have recontacted the help desk through Emma and she keeps referring me back to communicate with the retailer who has conveniently disappeared it seems. It is a dead end. I am very disappointed at this service and request my refund immediately.
