“This was my first nd last time ordering from fruugo. After waiting for a couple of weeks for my kids duvet covers, I got an email saying I was going to be refunded. I never cancelled it. I tried to contact the seller various times and got no reply. Then contacted fruugo customer Care, which was no help either, they just apologised. It’s a ridiculous company to order from and I’d stay well clear. I don’t think they even have most of the stock that they advertise, it will just waste a couple of weeks of your time, nd won’t arrive on the end.”
“I bought some thin optics off you. I have tried to email you and it returns. I am very happy with them. The only thing is my case has no metal pin in one hinge. It means the case does not open or close easily and will put strain on the other hinge. Are you able to send me a hinge please or another case. I can not contact you any other way.”

“Product arrived well packed and clearly labelled only problem is you have to remember products coming from China take time .I think the delivery time should reflect this I placed my order on the 04/05/2020 with a delivery time of 14/05/20 I just taken delivery of it today 10/06/20 I have had no issues with email as I did receive one stating I should have received it on the day that I did ,it had been stuck in customs at Heathrow airport for a week waiting clearance ,would I use this company again yes now I know clearly the delivery time”

The only actual reply I received was following a one star Trustpilot review which promised to contact their retailer and keep chasing. Result silence. I spent £259 on a product of which they sent one of two flat packs which is useless without the other half. My follow up resulted in another computer generated reply and silence. Worst company I have ever come across. If you read this your order number is 14769474 so you know where to refund my money. Some hopes.”
