“I had an issue with the shipping charge which I wasn't aware I'd have to pay when the item was delivered. I spoke to Fruggo team regarding this and was made aware that shipping charges are explained on the website. However they stated that they would refund the charge with proof of payment. My refund was issued and I recieved understanding, fair and helpful emails from the staff involved. Will be ordering again. Thankyou.”

“It's a scam, you don't receive an order confirmation when you pay, you can't access you user profile, you can't verify your order (displays a page saying "searching order" that never finds the order no matter how much time you wait or how many times you refresh), etc.

“Just received my feathers and VERY DISAPPOINTED as most of them were bent so cant stand up straight. This is unacceptable. Dont get me wrong the feathers are beautiful but the sticky tape holding the two boxes secure were stuck to the feathers and when I opened it, it was bendy. I know it's going to be a blame game now between the supplier and courier but if this was better boxed, this wouldn't have happened.”

Customer service is useless and just keeps reverting to the retailer who are doing nothing. Have had every excuse under the sun but no goods and no refund. Absolutely terrible service and company. “The bottom line is that Fruugo took almost 8 weeks to solve an issue I had with returning faulty goods and receiving a refund. Fruugo’s customer service was next to none existent, that is until Rhon from customer services stepped in and resolved my problem almost immediately....I mean within 24 hours! This was after almost 7 weeks of dealing with another person, who always took over a week to respond to my email reply’s. It was like pulling teeth....painful. For this reason I must say I’d find it difficult to risk purchasing from Fruugo again. Customer service is THE key to any successful business.
But, as much as I am disappointed with their service as a whole, I must say that if you’re fortunate enough to have Rhon deal with your issue then you are in good hands. Probably Fruugo’s best asset!”
