“This company is a piece of s**t. Fraud & scamming at its absolute finest. I am taking this forward for action because I am absolutely appalled at what I have been through.
Starting from their broken website that would not let me remove products from my cart. To me selecting a size & that not being what showed on the payment screen. I received no confirmation email, I signed up to make an account so I could change the size of the shoes before they went sent to me.
Queue extremely poor customer service. I think I have sent 15 emails, 3 responses. ZERO help. Repeatedly asked to be refunded. No Help & now they are just not responding.
This is disgusting.”

Order never received. I have asked for refund, never got a reply, the email address recommended it not functional nor access to your account on their platform. Unlike other online retail platforms, you get to know the name of the actual retailer and delivery time only after you pay and the order is confirm. (my retailer is apparently in China with 1 month deliver OR fruugo. Itself is simply a Chinese company with a mailbox. See below

“I ordered 2 identical bottles of Eau de Toilette, but only received one although the packing slip stated 2. The packing box was only big enough for 1 bottle which is evident on the picture I have sent.
I have contacted Fruugo on 4 occasions, with my last email from 'Hannah' telling me to refrain from sending further emails, and that my complaint would be treated as urgent. This has been 3 weeks since raising a complint.
I have had no further contact from Fruugo and still awaiting either a refund or the 2nd item.
I would strongly advise to avoid this company”
“Got my product (resistance bands) but broke within 2 minutes of using them. Wrote to seller to get refund, no reply. So wrote to fruugo and they replied saying they would inquire. By this point the item was meant to of been delivered but royal mail still had the same message on screen.
I finally receive a message from the seller saying the item wasnt in stock,they would re-stock the following day and I'll receive it 2 days after that.
The problem is I keep telling them to refund me because the item was never shipped in the first place and as a customer who read their terms and conditions should be refunded.
