Fruugo is one big joke. Sent me product which was too small.Sent back to retailer recorded delivery.Fruugo saying not had back but they got it a week ago.Never order anything from these cheaters.

Dont order anything from this company, ordered something never got it. Seller and company does not respond. Lost money and wont give you a refund untrustworthy site

Terrible customer service, good selection of records, however the terrible customer service has been really poor - my emails are not relevantly replied and conveniently most of the times ignored. Worst customer service so far.

I ordered something for my mother and because it said Fruugo Australia "get your order next day" i ordered then got an email that it was being shipped from UK. It has been SEVEN weeks and she still havent recieved it and i have had NO UPDATE from them. I feel cheated in every way as i easily could've ordered the same thing at Target or KMart. Im disgusted because money is very tight tgese days and i trusted this company. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY

Placed order for shapewear and money was taken instantly and after 2 weeks when no response came I had to Contact the customer service that sorry Your choice of colour is not available and if you wish to cancel we will refund your money. Why can’t they call if they do not have stock. Why charge customer if stock not available.

I too, never got my order. It was ordered May 6, 2020 and as of July 11th nothing. My son is so disappointed. You have no clear help line to speak with someone from the company. I contacted my financial institution to get my money back. PayPal sent me this message: You filed this dispute with your financial institution or credit card company, and not with PayPal. We can't provide additional details or updates on this claim because we don't have access to your financial institution's investigation details. So, I highly recommend not to do business with this company.

Never got my order! Been over a month since it shipped! All they can do is blame COVID 19 and tell me to wait a few more days! Never again will I buy from this company! Navigation of their site to try and ask about your order is almost impossible! I’ve asked for a refund but seriously doubt I will ever see it! Do not order anything from them! You will never see it! No tracing number is provided so tracking your order isn’t an option. Even overseas shipping shouldn’t take this long! Go somewhere else! Do not give the, your money!

They are a nightmare to deal with. I ordered a watch through them and received a watch that is defective, you can't set the time. When I went to return it that's when the nightmare started. You can't get them by phone, they're in Europe which didn't know when I ordered it. I've sent numerous emails to which you get useless automated responses. The time limit of 14 days to return is about to expire, so I might not be able to return it, which likely has something to do with they're stalling. I even took the watch to watchmaker who couldn't fix it. All I simply want is return label and instructions. They're somehow connected to Watches Megastore, Keep away from them too.

Supposed to ship from canada2 to 5 business day shipping. Was shipped from UK. Try to cancel my order 15 min after payment, because wrong color shown on picture. After 3 email, no reply and they shipped the item 2 hours later. Do not use this site!!!

I wrote a bad review about fruugo because I ordered an item during the covid 19 pandemic, and after a month I still never received my item. I sent 2 emails complaining about my package and the fact that I never had any tracking info. Fruugo cancelled my order and stated that they would refund my money, and that it may be possible that I still would receive my package. This caused me to check the reviews on fruugo. I was very disappointed to see so many bad reviews and I just took everything as a loss. One week went by and I noticed that fruugo refunded my money. I was excited about that. On the second week I received a package. I didn’t know what it could be because by know I had forgotten all about the fruugo order. I open it up and to my surprise it was the tee shirt I ordered from fruugo. I was so pleased I wished I could send the payment back. Thanks fruugo you came through and if you continue on this path for the rest of your customers you can restore faith and your business will boom. Every customer loves great customer service. And your business will to as it will bring sales and new customers in abundance.

Placed an order in May . Never received my product . When I sent an email to fruugo , said I had to contact the seller. Fruugo was the only contact info I had . No money back no product . Never again

I have been trying to get answers for more than 2 months. Email after email and they tell me they are looking into it and then it goes quiet again. Scammers - I have to cancel the transaction at my bank. Will never buy off this site again.

FRUUGO are SCAMMERS. WATCH OUT! I tried to buy some things from Fruugo in May2020. They just took my money immediately then never sent anything, to this day I havent got my money back. And the customer service is garbage/ plays stupid gives different excuses for why they cant send the package to you (e.g. lost in delivery) and wants you to pay more money for sending it again, trying to scam you of more money.

I got my order during covid. It took 3 week longer than it was expected but it did arrive in good shape. The hat is nice that I got. Would order again.

Placed an order with u two months ago and was promised delivery by 22/5/20 emailed 3 weeks ago was told to email retailer was then told that order was on the way and wait a few more days. Have tried emailing since and I have been ignored. I have come to the conclusion that u r just scammers.

May have to revise my earlier opinion. About an hour after I posted my earlier review I got an e-mail promising me a full refund. Would rather have had the product as it's hard to find, but will take the money; just need to wait to see if it does arrive!
