“I returned a package unopened since i found it less than half elsewhere. I got my retun authorization no problem, shipped the product, product was received but it took over two months to get my refund and this after several contacts with Fruugo customer service who sent my request to seller who of course never replied. Finally, I opened a dispute with PayPal , they got me my refund. Never again, buyers beware!

I contacted Fruugo’s customer care on February, 6th, attaching the photos of the assembled bed and of the wrong pieces that we had received. Since then, I have been trying to get in touch with them every second week, and they promise me that the under-bed will be delivered soon, which is not true at all. After 3,5 months since the bed was ordered nothing happened. My daughter is still waiting for her bed to be fully delivered. “Order on Apr 2, 2021. Product never arrived. Past delivery date time frame. Send enquiry though website as there is no contact phone #. and got tracking # from seller. Tracking # is invalid. Called Canada Post and confirmed that the tracking is invalid. Send enquiry to ask for refund and Fruugo staff said if sender is unable to send the item then they will refund and closed my enquiry. Since the enquiry is close, I can no longer contact them though the web. My product is still not arrived and no way to contact them through their website as they closed my enquiry. This is not how a business should operate. This is fraud. I filed an anti fraud claim today and will escalate this matter.”
