“Terrible service. I called 4 times to change the delivery address. I got someone in India who barely spoke English. I finally got the address changed and received email confirmation and they still sent them to the wrong address. I will NEVER use FTD again.”
“It’s Valentine’s Day 2025. My daughter and grandson didn’t get their flowers and strawberries, and it is 7:46 pm. I’m an FTD Plus member and pay those annual fees; still, I placed the order several days ago for florist delivery today. Guess what. Tracking shows they SHIPPED the order TODAY. I’ve been on hold with customer service for 34 minutes. I’m done with FTD. What a horrible business!”

This company is awful to deal with and I’m not 100% it’s not a scam! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentine’s Day and I kept tracking them and all it said delivery scheduled and finally I got an email at 7 o’clock at night saying it was delivered and it was never delivered. I wait on hold for 20 minutes just to speak to someone who has no idea what they’re doing, and I could hardly understand who continues to tell me that they need to speak to the florist to see if the flowers were delivered. Save your money purchase flowers elsewhere. I will never do business with this company again.”

“I ordered a Valentine’s Day gift set with flowers and others items on February 6th.they let me set a specific time for delivery which was for February 14th at 9:00am and now it’s 5:00 pm and I still haven’t received no call or email saying product is out for delivery,so I finally call customer service and now they telling me my delivery time is from anywhere from 9:00am -6:00pm and apologize for the inconvenience,”

“I received a bouquet that was advertised as having "15 stems". It was 12, and it's clear from the packaging that's what they intended to send. One was broken, 6 were wilted and couldn't be revived. I complained to FTD but only got robo answers since I hadn't purchased the flowers. I certainly don't want to complain to the person who bought them for me, but I hope they never use FTD again. Quality was terrible, and since I had to look up the bouquet type to see what I was supposed to receive, I know they payed $60 for what would have been about $15 in the local grocery store, and would have been in much better shape.”
“Poor customer service. Wrote incorrect address on delivery. Item was returned to FTD by UPS because apparently whoever is writing addresses is of lower intelligence. How do you mess up a business addresss? Low quality product and service. I’ll never use FTD again. Better to support my mom and pop shops.”
“Ordered flowers for my significant others birthday. Paid for the bouquet and delivery. It never showed up. I did get refunded which I appreciate but I am disappointed that no one contacted me to say it wasn't going to work out. Not returning as a customer and not going to recommend.”
“Ordered the Fiesta Bouquet - Deluxe to be sent for an 80th Birthday. The arrangement was so LESS THAN the picture shown on FTD's website. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the arrangement as it was no where near "Deluxe". Always contact a local florist directly, as I have in the past with much success.”
“They confirmed order would be delivered. Did not deliver. Promised delivery next day. Did not deliver. admitted they didn't even have a florist in the area.
Tell that to my eleven year old granddaughter on her Birthday.

“I ordered a funeral casket spray for my mother’s funeral. 2 days before delivery the florist called to confirm time, date, and location. They said they would be at the church by 9:50 am. Before the start of a 10:00 a viewing. Why, at 10:45 am did the florist driver call to confirm delivery details? He said he was on the church grounds but didn’t know which door to come in. I told him to come in the door where he saw the hearse. He said, ok. He never came in!! I asked my guest and the funeral director to stand outside in the cold to look for and help the florist bring in the spray. No One Ever Arrived! I was disappointed and hurt. We had the funeral with no spray to adorn the casket. I could not believe this. I called and FTD just said they would refund me which they did. I will never forget or recommend FTD to anyone. If they can’t hire florists that get a sensitive delivery right, I wouldn’t trust them to get anything right.”
“Picture displayed on website was not what was delivered. In addition the plant was delivered in a BOX and needed to be assembled. No peat moss or instructions included. The online pic shows peat moss under the plants. For $100 FTD should do BETTER! Warning! You are not going to get what is advertised. False and FAKE marketing”
