“I ordered a replacement order with my credit apology, placed order last Friday and got my order on time and it looks fresh, it was the Christmas cactus, too bad I had to go through this hassle to get a good order, too bad it had to come down to this”

“One of the arrangements was beautiful, very attractive & appreciated. Second one to Miami was not what I ordered & I didn’t care for the substitute at all. Next year I will use FTD for Stuart,Fl & someone else for Miami. Happy Holidays”

“I placed an order and gave instructions to deliver flowers to a residence in Florida concerning a death of a friend. The flowers were delivered the next day, but I discovered that the funeral was held in New York. I immediately contact FTD about the mistake. They were very nice to take the flowers back. About a week later, when things settled in New York, I asked them to re-deliver in New York. The did with NO PROBLEM.”
