“I highly doubt you will listen and improve since your customer service is all OFF SHORE. I ordered two items to go to the same address for a family funeral and you charged me two delivery charges. I will never order from you again. I will call local florists that do not use your service. I called to ask for help and your OFF SHORE person refused to help. YOU GET A 1 GOOGLE RATING. I WOULD GO NEGATIVE IF I COULD.”

“The flowers were great however, the ability to deliver on time and the correct day was disappointing. I assume the issue lies with the shipping company but to ask for a delivery on a Saturday, and paying extra for that choice. To have it deliver on Monday was not what I expected”

“I am disgusted with every aspect of this service. The product I recieved was not the product i ordered. It was in a completely different pot. The plant was so severely damaged it was almost unrecognizable. The letter I included was misspelled with special characters instead of the alphabet. When i called customer service the representative said that they are not responsible for how UPS handles the package even though the package was not properly labeled with "handle with care", "fragile" or "this side up" labels so how would the delivery service know how to handle the package. This place is absolute trash. If i could give zero stars i would for poor product, poor customer service, and poor packaging”
