“I ordered the 'top shelf' 3rd level of flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. Not only did they fail to deliver on the agreed date, but they also kept saying they would deliver the flowers each day for 5-6 days over, raising my mom's hopes and then never delivering. After a week of this, they went MIA. Despite my multiple attempts to reach them, they ended up automatically refunding my card for $114 around 10 days later without ever trying to resolve the issue first. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!”

“Ordered flowers due to arrive on 05/10, which arrived on 5/13 wilted and dead. Flowers were for mother's day. Spoke to Howard who acted as though he understood and was going to give a refund but then hung up on me. Way to go FTD!”
