My friend was pleased with her flowers. I saw a picture and thought the bouquet looked smaller than I expected. I had also picked this bouquet because the vase was a pretty blue/teal color. The vase that was sent was clear glass. I was disappointed by that.

The flowers were not sent from a local florist but instead were sent via UPS and stuffed in box. We sent sympathy flowers to my aunt who had just lost her husband and she had to then arrange the flowers herself. Just what a grieving widow wants to do. I also sent multiple emails about this that were ignored so here is my review that FTD wants me to leave

I sent the keepsake box with plants for a friend who in the past 1 1/2 years has lost her brother, then a year later her sister, shortly after that her young adult son and just recently her mom. When it was delivered, she called to thank me, but stated it looked like it had just tipped over in the delivery car/truck. Plants and dirt had fallen out everywhere. When I contacted customer service, I was offered a 30% refund. I told them I didn't think that was fair and felt like she deserved a new arrangement, then I was offered a 50% refund. I was refunded only $35 which was not 50% Ramona

My flower order was delivered one day late (after the event), and were left of a West-facing sun-baked front porch. No notice was given to the recipient. It's a mistake to assume your order from FTD will be reliable or fresh when delivered. Never again!

They present themselves as having local shops do the set up and delivery. They do not. Actually they ship via UPS. And then the day of delivery the flowers do not arrive. If you inquire they send you to waste your time tracking it. It showed up still in a UPS hub. Expecting delivery in one or two days. It was for a Birthday celebration. No need anymore. The party is over. I enter the complaint and they propose to issue a 20% refund. Which is of no use. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Carefull do not fall into the ilussion of local flower shop delivery.

Worst service ever. First they changed the delivery address AFTER I called to verify, then they email they can’t deliver on the date requested. (Ordered 4 days before needed.) When calling to cancel the order all together, they kept saying I did not understand, they couldn’t deliver on the day requested, but they would be happy to cancel the original order and place new order. I kept saying to cancel the order altogether and they kept saying I didn’t understand. Ridiculous!! Will never use FTD again.

I ordered the Birthday Brights Bouquet - Exquisite for my niece's 55th birthday, but after receiving a picture from her, I was very disappointed. The bouquet that was delivered is only half the size and not nearly as full as advertised. It's quite disheartening to see such a significant difference between the product I ordered and what my niece actually received for the price I paid. I expressed my concerns via FTD chat. At first, I was only offered a 20% refund, but I explained that the flowers were half the size of what was advertised and I requested a 50% refund. It was approved. I am still awaiting the refund.

Although I didn’t get the arrangement I originally selected, the arrangement chosen in its place, was beautiful and it was delivered on time for the funeral! The delivery fee was a little steep but they all are so what can you do? Nothing if you want beautiful fresh flowers delivered. I was pleased with the service and will definitely use FTD again!

Ordered a nice arrangement for a coworker that just had a baby. Called to say how unhappy I was, and they offered to send more flowers, telling me they would be beautiful. They should have been beautiful the first time! How ridiculous is that? And how embarrassing? Anyway, this is what I ordered versus what was delivered.

I was fooled into clicking into the FTD website, which popped up when I was searching for the legitimate florist in my mother's town. I know flowers are expensive, but for $100 I expected a quality arrangement that RESEMBLED THE WEBSITE DESCRIPTION. The florist took every shortcut including substituting dried purple statice for blue delphinium. The arrangement on the website specifically said the flowers pictured would be available for delivery that day. I would have let it all slide, but the whole arrangement died the next day! When I wrote to FTD, they had me fill out a form as if they would re-deliver a new arrangement, but then sent an email for a 30% refund instead. So much for any guarantee. After using shady practices to poach my business, and then completely failing to deliver,I wouldn't trust them with a handful of dandelions.
