“This was my first order to be delivered in Canada, I kept tracking the delivery, finally I had to contact customer service as it was very late in the day and delivery had not been made. I finally got an e-mail the following day.”

“My only problem was with the delivery. I feel like the delivery person should at least ring or knock on the door to let the person know that they have a package not just sit it in a near by chair or on the porch.”

“Christmas arrangement for my Mom was perfect. Birthday Orchid Garden I got for my best friends birthday was late and just ok. Was pictured in a nice container but delivered in a cheap plastic garden tray.”
