“I was a little disappointed when I saw what was delivered. I flew to the funeral service, so I was able to see the plant at the service. The size was smaller than I expected. Would it be possible to place sizes with the plant sizes? Thanks”

“I sent the flowers to my sister for her birthday. She received them and sent me a picture. They are beautiful thank you for that. I do have a complaint. I paid $6.99 for a greeting card and instead of a card, she received a piece of paper, a trifold piece of paper with what I wanted to say to her on it. I was very disappointed. I called and complained immediately, and I am being reimbursed the money for the card thank you for that. I have never had this problem before and I will not be buying another greeting card.”

“The arrangement that was ordered and received was perfect. It looked exactly as the photo online did. The delivery was on time and customer service was exceptional. The gentlemen helped secure the sale of this arrangement for my mother's funeral service.”

“I went on FTD’s website to order flowers for my mother who is in the hospital. The hurdle liking flowers look as though they took them from a cemetery. The flowers were wilted and oranges were dark. I’m not using this company again. I’ve ordered from this company once before and a friend didn’t receive the flowers. I’m done with their company now. I’ve wasted my money. OMG look at the flowers that i ordered versus the flowers that she received. Next stop is the better business bureau”
