“The flowers I ordered for my daughter-in-laws's birthday, were fresh and beautiful!!! There was a sale price that was helpful!!! Also, they were delivered on time for her birthday!!! Thank you for the excellent service!”

“I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday. They did show up on her birthday and they were lovely but they had the wrong card attached. It was a sympathy card for someone’s funeral.”

“I’m very disappointed. I ordered a beautiful birthday bouquet and upsized the arrangement (see below). What got delivered was a very seasonal fall bouquet with inexpensive flowers. Additionally, they delivered it after 9:00pm in a gated senior community. Technically she didn’t receive them on her birthday because she was fearful to open her door so late into the night. I’d like a credit for the difference in cost.”

“I ordered a month ahead to have flowers delivered on a special day, called 2 times throughout the day and was repeatedly assured they would arrive on time and then told they would arrive the next day only to be told the next day they would arrive at a different date completely unprofessional to not be able to deliver on a date when a customer orders a month in advance.”

“A substitution was made for my order which I could’ve bought at the grocery store for $20 and thrown together myself. I wasted $100. So disappointed and sad on what should have been a very special day.”

“Love the convience of ordering and the quality of the flowers sent. My complaint is that I order FTD because of the offer of 15 flight miles per dollar spent. I have not recieved any miles and no response to my emails asking about them. I called and was told the offer was discontinued only to receive 3 more FTD email offers advertising the 15 miles per dollar spent. Not happy with your communication or lack there of.”
