“Purchased the Lorenzo wardrobe for £299 in sale from £450 which was suppose to be solid wood and Oak, when it arrived the whole back of the wardrobe was MDF and the condition was appalling, the stickers stuck all over it took the paint off, and wasn't painted in underneath, it was left not sanded/waxed showing the cheap wood as with the top of the wardrobe . After a few attempts of ringing and emailing I finally got a collection booked and my money back, but I will never purchase from here again and would advise to stay away from this wardrobe”

“Next day delivery was fantastic. The product is really nice and heavy. Only had a slight problem with a hole not being deep enough but we managed to resolve this ourselves. Draws are not on runners so are heavy to open. Very good instructions and labelled parts”

“I bought the Seconique Panama Solid Pine 2 Door Wardrobe. This is my second Seconique wardrobe purchase inside the previous 12 months. The first one was a Corona model – an unfortunate name given the situation we find ourselves in at the time of writing! Both arrived as promised and both were well packed and undamaged in transit. All the necessary parts were supplied, along with (reasonably) clear instructions. A few words here and there would be helpful but I acknowledge that modern times dictate the need for multi-lingual assembly documentation. Once built (which was easy enough to do), they look worth more than their price would suggest – particularly the pine option. Both were bought to provide cupboard space in spare rooms and both are proving ideal for their tasks. Can’t fault Furniture 123 for service. Had a problem with a third piece last year (a courier error) but it gave Furniture 123 the opportunity to demonstrate their customer service skills, always assuming they have any. Well they do and they’re very effective and impressive! I would deal them again without hesitation.”

“I bought two matching pine chests of drawers. They were not very expensive, so I wasn't expecting anything of high quality, but I still think they were overpriced, particularly as they had to be self-assembled. The first chest took me over three hours to assemble, but the second took only just over an hour. Everything fitted as per the plans, but I was disappointed to find that the drawers had to be held together by screws alone. (The joints are butted, not dovetailed, and are not supported by dowels.) The finishing oil has a strong and not particularly pleasant smell. Don't lose any of the screws, because there are no spares! The chests were delivered sooner than originally advised and I received regular updates in respect of delivery, including a telephone call an hour or so before they were dropped off.”
