“My dark green velvet Payton Loveseat is gorgeous. Seats a bit hard so thankfully not my main seat. Main reason for not providing 5 stars is delivery provider needs some lessons in handling that's been paid a lot of money for. Had to tell them to not fling my chair through the door and to take their time! Reminded me abit of amazon deliveries which isn't a great benchmark!”

“Gorgeous bed I absolutely love it. It was a bit tricky to put together as the instructions are not very clear especially when it came to the mechanism of the bed. Other than that I’m really impressed with the quality. I looks fab.”

“Paid for next day delivery but received delivery date of 3 weeks in the future. Called to discuss and was advised that the mattresses were not in stock. Managed to swap the item for one that was 100% guaranteed to be delivered in 2 days time. Obviously mattresses are very important when buying a bunk bed for kids. Didn't receive the delivery then got a call advising that delivery will be another week as only standard delivery was sent. Very very poor customer service.”
