“I ordered the Harlow high gloss white TV unit on 25/11/20, and was given a delivery date of 2nd December. Furniture 123 then messaged me to say I could have this on 28/11/20 if convenient. Brilliant service. Item delivered within the 1 hour time slot. Well packaged, and with easy to follow instructions. Item looks great in our lounge. Thank you Furniture 123 - a great firm to deal with, and will be buying again soon.”

“Ordered as it was in stock and would be delivered quickly. Due on Friday and on Tuesday morning I was sent an email saying a three week delay. Phoned Customer Services who were apologetic but did not know why it was delayed and said it was probably the courier. I asked if they could find out from the Supplier and they said they couldn’t as they would not give them a reason. I’ve already got rid of the old bed frame so if it doesn’t arrive in three weeks people will be sleeping on the sofa, happy Christmas!!!!”
