“Waited all day in empty house was ment to be deliver my kids new bed my boys very upset not only that we called to ask were there was and they said to give them time and we went to call again and they blocked my partners phone”

“Everything was well organised, from the easy to navigate web site, to the clearly communicated delivery terms. The delivery actually happened one day before the projected date. As for the office chair I have ordered (Grey Velvet Office Chair - Tub Seat - Logan), it completely matched the picture and description. The build is pretty solid - although this chair feels slightly lighter compared to the one which I was replacing, like a baby office chair compared with a more executive grand-daddy office chairs - this one served me for more than 20 years. However it is to be used in the home office, so I did want something lighter. Still it fits fine with my desk, it is a good height, the wheels move smoothly, and I absolutely adore the grey velveteen fabric. The color is very smart. Overall complete satisfaction with this purchase, I will strongly recommend this store.”

“Ordered the Roxy Console table/Desk to use as a desk and I am very happy with the quality. Had to be assembled but extremely well made. Lovely sturdy high white gloss finish. Delivery was quick, all round very pleased and would definitely order from this website again.”

“I was emailed a date for delivery on the 24/2/21. Stayed in all day, no delivery. Contacted the company and was told it will now be about the 12/3/21. So not very impressed as this was my 1st order. Hopefully my order will be delivered on time as I have paid over £400 for something I still haven’t received.”

“Avoid this place at all cost! Friend ordered and paid for a sectional on July 11th, 2020 and still has yet to get it. When he calls they give him the run around. When asked for his money back he gets sorry sir we can't do that.”

“I ordered a children's bed and was given a delivery time of 4 weeks after purchasing. I thought this was a long time but looked forward to receiving the bed. The day before delivery they changed the date to another 2 weeks 8/3/2021. Then today they changed it for the same day delivery 24/2/2021. I thought...this is good as it will only be a day late. Then received another email 4 hrs after to tell me that an estimated delivery time of 16/3/2021. At this point I realised that the company don't have a clue what they are doing or when the item would ever be delivered. I read the reviews from other customers at this point and realised that loads of people were having the same issues and also that the stock seemed to be damaged in some way. I have cancelled my order and placed it with someone else. The bed is still in stock apparently! I think they just want to hold onto your money as long as possible. I never leave reviews, but I thought this was worth warning people over. I'm hoping that they refund me within the 3-5 days as they stated otherwise another bad review will be received. Other customers have had issues with refunds as well.”

“I ordered a potting bench which once I had ordered and paid for it was informed it was out of stock.I was informed I would be contacted by customer services regarding purchasing an alternative product and I am still waiting for a response.I have emailed them twice requesting a refund and have had no response.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”
