“Safina Charcoal Roll Top Ottoman Bed Very happy with the service. Ordered on the Friday, delivered on the Saturday. Good quality materials and easy to follow instructions. Took two University undergraduates just under 2 hours to leisurely assemble it, helped by them each having the correct 2 tools plus a rubber mallet for attaching the wooden slats into their plastic holders. Very happy with the bed which we coupled with a Travelodge dreamer mattress. Recommend retightening all bolts after a couple of weeks. Ottoman works well, easy to lift and put down as long as you fit the parts exactly as it says and ensure the mattress is on the bed! One thing that caught us out is that we measured the width to ensure it fitted our space but not the length, assuming it would be the same as our old double. Because of its nature the Ottoman has a 5cm border all the way around it. Not a major problem but worth noting! Very happy with our purchase. Headboard is very comfortable and the charcoal mock velvet looks very smart.”

“Easy to use ordering system,clear information.Well priced and good selection for bedrooms with lower ceilings.Good communication from Furniture 123.Delivery company did not contact me to arrange delivery and I missed them,however a note was left and they delivered the next day.The delivery Man was very helpful and good humoured.Still boxed so I can't comment on ease of build and over all look.Will need 2 strong people to unload the pallett and install.”

“So upset. Ordered 6 basket cabinet a month ago due for delivery 21 January did not arrive, endless emails back and forth, call handler who didn't get back to me for few days. Received a call today 27 January after more emails enquiring re the order to be advised none in stock and cannot deliver until March 2021. Needless to say I cancelled the order. It wasn't until I queried non delivery on 21 Jan - no one had bothered to advise item was not available for delivery. This was not stated on the website when I bought. Worst experience ever had buying a piece of furniture. Would never shop here again.”

“The chair is beautiful in our kitchen and really comfortable. We bought it to replace my mum's stool, so that she has better back support. We all love sitting in the chair. The order was processed very quickly and the customer service is great.”

“Was rather worried about putting wardrobe and chest of drawers together after reading the reviews. My husband has severe dyslexia and is 71 years young. It took him 7 hours to do both, without any help by looking at the diagrams. Sturdy,good looking and do the job. The only thing that let's it down is that wardrobe doors are impossible to adjust to get level . Base of drawers had a fairly large patch that was sustained. Luckily I'm an artist,so have painted to match! Value for money all in all.”
