“I was very happy with Furniture 123 I had a problem with battery for lights on my coffee table. They couldn't give me a replacement so I got a refund to buy another one they were very helpful and it was days then it was sorted.👍”

“Very satisfied with the service I received. My TV unit was delivered on the specified date and I was kept up to date by email. Unit was quite easy to assemble and looks amazing. I would definitely use this company again”

“As you can see from the pictures this company continued to add insult to injury by sending 3 defective replacements to the original damaged table. I gave now given up and lost £170”

“Bought a navy stool to see how it would go in our kitchen, the quality and sturdy-ness of the stool is incredible and to top it all off it looks absolutely stunning, we since then bought another 2 to complete our kitchen!”

“I absolutely love my lamps! So many people have complemented as well. They look lush in my living room The only down side was the delivery wait. I think i waited a month and a half! But was kept informed so over happy .”

“I haven’t purchased yet but each time I have gone to purchase garden furniture it had gone up £100. This has happened twice now and what was £999 is now £1199! All in 2 weeks. Looking at reviews I’m not bothering to order now.”

“great product, good quality and found the instructions easy to follow. Delivery was really quick and although I had a small issue with the mattress the company was very helpful and resolved it quickly couldn't of sked for better service. My son loves his bed.”
