“Good wardrobe struggled+++ to attach the doors. No delivery time emailed furniture 123 no response, emailed delivery company no response. Got a phone call at 16.00 will be with you in10 15 minutes!”

“We needed a tv stand with quite specific measurements and Furniture 123 were the only retailer with affordable options. We ordered on Thursday, paid for next day delivery and it arrived on Saturday, slightly earlier in the day than expected. The tv stand itself is sturdy and looks good enough but feels overpriced and getting the drawers aligned properly was a little tricky.”

“Very happy with the bed we ordered for our daughter. She loves it and it’s great quality much nicer colour than photo and lots of storage space. Service was good and we were kept up to date from point of order. However we didn’t receive the half hour before delivery call so it was a good job we were in.”
