“Chest of draws was lovely when it finally turned up. My order was lost furniture 123 said it was the delivery service, the delivery service said it wasn’t them. Clocked up over £15 calling them which I was not made aware not a free phone service. On hold forever, really poor communication.”

“Very disappointed with this company!! They have lead me on with my bed I ordered took payment and made me wait 3 months only to send an email the day before delivery to say that my bed will come in another 2 months time. I asked to make a complaint about this and was promised a call back and not heard from them. It’s terrible customer service! Why take payment if you know you gave never had it in stock and to make me wait 5 months in total! Stay away from this company. Very unprofessional.”

“We ordered a summerhouse, communication was very good, kept us updated on delivery date and time and also driver phoned to say how long he would be with the delivery. The order & delivery was less than a week. We have not been able to erect yet due to weather but really pleased with quality.”

“Delivery date was changed a number of times, on the up side I was kept informed of this. When it finally arrived box damaged but fortunately, the underside of the table not the top. Be aware that when it says "assembly required" it means EVERYTHING. You are basically buying a box of pieces of wood, screws and hinges, usually when you buy a self assembly table the structure that holds the legs on is already attached. Not this one! Very few guide holes either. Instructions are fine to follow though but when assembled the drawer doesn't sit quite straight (and there were guide holes for this so not my poor assembly!). In addition, to put up the sides, two strips of wood slide out and the table top rests on these, unfortunately these sit too low and the top is therefore at a downward angle - will need to attach something to these to remedy it. Again, not down to poor assembly, the gaps the wood slides through are already there. Apart from that it's fairly sturdy once made, it's an ok table, but I am a bit disappointed and not sure I would buy from this company again - unless I could go and look at the furniture first - I suppose that's the problem with buying online. So to sum up, not the best but not the worst either!”
