“Ordered a dining table and chairs, was given a 4 HR time slot for delivery and told that we would receive a phonecall when 30 minutes away which never happened they just arrived. The delivery team did not wait for us to unpack to check sadly there was a couple of thin scratches on the table top but because of the hassle to repack and return we decided to just keep as. Overall very happy with product just a shame there are the 2 scratches which I keep covering with placemat.”

“Ordered a bed & mattress set. Mattress arrived 2 weeks later. Staff very unhelpful & non committal. I was promised a £30 compensation, which never materialised. Communication with suppliers is clearly very poor and the customer pays the price.”

“Brilliant. Sofa is exactly how it looked in pictures, and looks a lot more expensive than it is. Was kept updated about delivery and come when expected. Would recommend and use them again.”

“I bought a ceiling light ( Searchlight ) it was the best price on the internet and despatched really quickly. I was kept informed by the company all the way to delivery. I would definitely use this company again.”

“Table and chairs are lovely. Sideboard is nice , but quality of the parts should be improved. Company selling furniture which is not in stock , long time awaiting for furniture .”

“This table and two chairs are lovely and well made. Thank you. The little 'buttons' to put into the holes on the chair legs could be improved. Also, the instructions for putting the table sliding top together could be more specific. But, as said, these are lovely products and have made my kitchen look great. Thank you.”

“Customer Service has been appalling - it's very hard to contact them and then the issue isn't sorted out. I have had a faulty product and it is still not resolved and there appears not to be very little urgency to fix the issue. I would not recommend using them after this experience.”
