“Delivery date was changed a number of times, on the up side I was kept informed of this. When it finally arrived box damaged but fortunately, the underside of the table not the top. Be aware that when it says "assembly required" it means EVERYTHING. You are basically buying a box of pieces of wood, screws and hinges, usually when you buy a self assembly table the structure that holds the legs on is already attached. Not this one! Very few guide holes either. Instructions are fine to follow though but when assembled the drawer doesn't sit quite straight (and there were guide holes for this so not my poor assembly!). In addition, to put up the sides, two strips of wood slide out and the table top rests on these, unfortunately these sit too low and the top is therefore at a downward angle - will need to attach something to these to remedy it. Again, not down to poor assembly, the gaps the wood slides through are already there. Apart from that it's fairly sturdy once made, it's an ok table, but I am a bit disappointed and not sure I would buy from this company again - unless I could go and look at the furniture first - I suppose that's the problem with buying online. So to sum up, not the best but not the worst either!”

“I don’t often leave reviews but after I ordered this product, the mid sleeper in pine with pullout desk and drawers, I read some some not too positive stuff from other customers. I got a little worried about the overall quality as some reviewers had found and also a few people suggested it was impossible to build. The product is pretty solid and was extremely well packaged. It’s pine so a soft wood and as pine goes it’s at the softer end of the range but the design is pretty good and results in a very sturdy bed frame. The build is very intuitive and the instructions are great and it only took me a couple of hours. If you are used to building flat pack furniture there is nothing unusual or difficult about construction. Might be a little on the expensive side but for ease of purchase and excellent delivery it seems worth it to me.”

“Perfect my son loves his new bed. The delivery drivers where very sweet they left the boxes by my front door. It did take a little longer than usual to put together however the instructions where clear and easy to understand. The bed is very sturdy and of a quality material. Highly recommend it to anyone.”

“This company takes your money says goods have left there warehouse and then tell you they have no stock when you chase them they will not answer messages and fob you off all the time when you do get through Avoid at all cost still waiting for refund They need reporting to trading standards”

“Delivery was absolutely shocking. We expected our delivery on the 28th July and received it 22nd October. Leaving us without any furniture for four months in our new house. The customer service helpline is awful, you message for a call back... miss their call and you have to start the process again. After all of this, furniture123 were still selling our chosen sofa and chair on false pretences of a two week delivery. Avoid at ALL costs (I also think it’s hilarious that the final email review page diverts you to a different page to complain about your service/ products so that they only receive good reviews on here)”

“I would avoid this company as much as possible, items were missing so i could not finish the build. Contact customer service they wanted me to pay postage of £40 for the missing parts. And £40 to return the item if i wanted a refund. Escalated this to management who have said the same thing. So i am out of pocket by £350. I have informed trading standards and started a claim against them. Great.”

“The holes were in the wrong places on parts of the bed meaning that the parts that should have black edging are facing the wrong way therefore chip board is in view.”
