“Pretty good product, could be easier to assemble if only some major bolts were 1cm longer and screw holes cleared of debris. As for delivery, tracking system did not work, delivery took 12 days after first delivery date cancelled by supplier and I object to be woken up at 6.30am to be told delivery on the way! Delivery arrangements could have been handled better.”

I was notified of delivery and furniture came in excellent condition and only the legs to screw on Overall very pleased and have already recommend to several friends . Thank you furniture 123 . “I got fed up/tired with waiting and queuing looking at sofas and long times waiting for delivery etc with all the big stores. Stumbled across Furniture 123 by accident on my PC saw pic of bright orange sofa and price and decided to take a gamble and purchase that sofa and footstall as price was amazing, wasnt even looking at getting an orange sofa, had plans for green, wanted comfort and it mentioned that word in the description, wasnt even sure the company was legit could be a scam. OMG arranged for delivery in 2 weeks giving me time to get rid of old sofa, but it arrived within days !!! luckily i was at home and managed to fit both in my living room. Have to say I am blown away with the sofa and footstall and quality, quite a surprise to me, so much that i am going to purchase another exact same once lockdown is over and get rid of my old sofa. Would give the company 5 stars for delivery, quality, price.”

“Having searched around for weeks for furniture I decided to buy from Furniture 123. The reason was the style and the price. I have bought a leather sofa and reclining arm chair which is beautiful and a dressing table and wardrobe in the Harper range. Cannot fault any of it. It's very good quality at a great price. Will always look at Furniture 123 when I need something in the future. Great customer service. Fast delivery. Great company to deal with.”

“Great table and chairs for half the price of elsewhere! Only fault I would have is the delivery. After it did not show on time i called customer service, after waiting 13 minutes on hold to get through, now past the delivery time, was told the delivery had not gone out correctly by DX. This was sorted by the team quickly and rearranged however had to wait another 3 days.”

“Great choice, competitive prices. Because of Covid we did have to wait 3 months to get the items delivered, they gave us a delivery date at the time of ordering and kept us updated, delivered on time as promised. The table and chairs were of a good standard, easily assembled. I would recommend people to check out their site.”

“So happy with the purchase of my children’s bunk beds Great quality and look really good too Kids absolutely loved it and both slept all night. Instructions were not all that clear but everyone is different depends how good you are and how many patients you got. Great purchase great company and great delivery highly recommended and I know where I will be going back too 5*”
