“Really pleased with the product and service provided. Although it arrived with minor damages I am really pleased with how this was dealt with the the prompt responses received. The fire warms really quickly and looks amazing on the wall!”

“Bought from this company twice now, a bed and Chester draws. Really good quality on both products however the draws I received did not have any numbers on them to correspond with the instructions. what really lets this company down is the contact number for the customer service line Is a premium number which costs about 80p a minute from mobiles I was lucky my network cut me off otherwise I would of had a bill for probably over £20. This is why I’ve given 4 stars and not the 5”

“Delivery was great. My product however was quite badly marked in a number of places including the ladder for the mid sleeper and a step with the wood split! This was rather disappointing.”

“I ordered the baby pink sleigh bed and matching otterman, I haven’t yet assembled the bed but if it’s anything like the quality of the service and otterman I’m going to be very impressed I was informed of delivery and time with great service, delivery men were superb.”

“Safina Ottoman bed is great for the budget price, it's study, doesn't wobble or squeak, massive storage space, and a good height (54cm with mattress) . The shade of grey upholstery was lighter than expected from the website photos, but very nice anyway. Large headboard gives it a luxurious hotel look. Fairly simple for two people to assemble, took a couple of hours. Unfortunately, one of the gas-lift pistons was faulty so bed wouldn't stay up, however the company's customer service was outstanding and two replacement pistons were delivered the next day. Now working perfectly. Very happy, would recommend.”

“I bought a bed and mattress for my daughter and requested it to be delivered on the thursday to fit in with my work schedule. I received confirmation emails of the order and delivery date. On the Wednesday I received a text saying my order was out for delivery. I was already in work and couldn't get home. So I called and was assured by gabrielle that the order was definitely coming on the day I had arranged and not to worry. This was at 9.30am. I got home at 7pm and found my mattress dumped in my garden in the snow. I was really upset about this. The bed came as planned the next day. Not the best service at all. The bed is beautiful and thankfully the mattress was fine.”
