“Can't fault the online purchase or the delivery, the bed is not great, I know it was cheap (ish, £200 incl delivery) and you get what you pay for, however the trundle is SO heavy it will be easier to move the bed when we need the trundle.....”

“Love it really good quality! Very plush looks expensive! Was dubious about the ottoman but it’s very sturdy. Shame delivery men can’t bring it upstairs and it a big job to assemble (straightforward though). Very pleased definitely very good value in face quality far out does the price point!”

“Easy to order online with quick delivery and full tracking. Product was described as clearance so was a little cynical at first . Product arrived in perfect condition . Took a couple of hours to assemble with the easy to follow instructions. Great value and highly recommend. Will use again”

“Ordered bed, booked delivery date, then had to change it which was done for me by a member of customer service. No problems at all, great communication and the delivery boys were very friendly and carried the boxes into the house for me. I was kept informed by emails and text. The bed was easy to assemble and all parts were there. My son loves his new bed. Thank you”

“Got the light I wanted at a fraction of the cost seen elsewhere..and I looked everywhere! Arrived quickly and packaged very well. Can't wait for it to be fitted, I'm sure it will look perfect above my dining room table. Will definitely recommend Furniture123 to others and use in future again.”
