“Excellent Service. One piece was damaged but a quick call and a replacement was delivered. Not a simple assembly. Might be easier if parts had labels to correspond with those in the instructions.”

“Really happy with my purchase bought 2 green Elba sofas. Had a questions before purchasing which staff were very helpful and and answered what I wanted to no. Placed order and wanted delivery in specific date arrived as ordered. Box was damaged but sofas were fine. Sofas are really nice and good quality for money. Would defo recommend.”

“Great shoes cupboard at a good price. Instructions are not easy but it’s okey. Only issue is the delivery date changed on day before delivery and new date was after 21 days. So waited 26 days before got the furniture which they should have to mention at the time of order.”

“Although the bedroom furniture I bought is solid and looks great, after unpacking from their boxes and on close inspection, there were quite a few chips and scratches out of the wood which could only have happened during manufacture as they had been painted over. Also, the wardrobe, which didn't come pre-built, had holes drilled in the wrong place for fitting the rear sections which meant that I had to source longer screws in order to complete the build. Luckily, these screws are at the rear so won't be seen. The door hinge pilot holes were also drilled in the wrong place, only by a couple of millimetres but, enough to cause 2 out of the 3 doors to hang out of alignment and spoil the overall look. Furniture at this price should have a much higher standard of quality control before being sent out to the customer, in my humble opinion.”

“I don't write many reviews but on this occasion I think I should, the furniture ordered looks great, it was great build quality and perfectly finished. Edges etc are seamless, it really does look like a much more expensive piece of furniture. Very impressed and believe me im fussy!”

“Really easy ordering and delivery. Solid furniture seems to be very good quality. Two qualms - delivery guys couldn’t take the boxes up to the bedroom (order was for a bunk bed) or take the packaging away. Also the instructions said 2 hours to assemble - very competent person with electric screw driver still took 6 hours so don’t believe the manufacturer!!”
