“Bought a large dark mustard velvet pouffe and it’s it gorgeous, so glad l bought it and great value for the money it looks fantastic in our walk in wardrobe we have just had done. Excellent service no problems will recommend furniture 123 will definitely buy from them again”

“I'd like to think that if this had been a standard order with a standard delivery, my experience would have been better - but if you ask them for something above the norm - expect false information, endless confusion and a large amount of time on the phone. Long story that I won't bother explaining but will just say that by the end of it, I was sent an email from them threatening to "escalate externally to recover the costs" - despite all of the issues being caused by them and me making repeated efforts to resolve the problems without success. Glad my experience with Furniture 123 is over, don't think I'll be using them again. On the upside, the products itself is really nice, good quality so it's a shame it turned out the way it did.”

“I requested a delivery date of 24th January for all items they sent my mattresses 7th January and I had no where to store them then told me the couldn't confirm they would have my beds delivered on the 24th which was the day I requested. I needed to guarantee I had them by that date so had to have the beds delivered early to guarantee to have them and I was told I wasn't allowed to change the delivery date had to speak to manager and say I was going to cancel my order just to get my beds delivered The quality of the cabin bed is ok but the bunk beds are very un sturdy.”

“Good quality furniture, easy assembly instructions. Although delivery arrived later than initially promised team were still positive, efficient and friendly - they'd had a bad day but didn't inflict it on us - all very positive - very happy customers!”
