“Ordered a bed frame. Quick delivery, excellent quality but took a long time to assemble. Would buy from furniture 123 again ...only negative is the delivery men refused to take the frame up to the bedroom”

“Gosh Table and 4 chairs ordered on the 13th October, company changed delivery dates, eventually arrived on Thursday 21st Nov. Have just opened it and there are only two chairs to go with the table (should be four)….having been so patient, just had enough of this fiasco... I have emailed the company now to resolve by the close of play tomorrow.”

“We were notified with the date of arrival, also the times between. The goods were delivered on time and date, The goods were brought into the house, by two very nice, polite gentlemen. I would not fail to use these people again. 1st class.”

“The delivery was efficient. The company reduced payment promptly when they realised I had been slightly overcharged. From what I can see the item is in good order, though as it is a present, I have not yet taken it out of the box properly.”

“I paid extra for a selected date and my furniture arrived early with no warning. It’s lucky that there was somebody at home to receive my furniture when it arrived two days early I would like to have my extra delivery payment refunded.”

“They messed me around so much with the delivery, making me wait in all weekend only to be told the items were not in stock. They then frightened me to death telling me they had been delivered! Consequently, I cancelled the order. This was 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t refunded me my £420!!!!! I am physically ill over this. They do not appear to care at all the mess they have caused for me. I have since read so many bad reviews on trustpilot, all left over the last couple of weeks, all about the same thing! This company is a SCAM website!!!!”

“Lovely bed. Looks amazing in Our newly renovated spare room. The quality is good and the fabric is smooth and looks luxurious. Assembly was a bit tricky as the instructions weren't brilliant but we got there in the end. It wasn't a quick job as we were expecting. Delivery was good and we were kept up to date with the time and day it was arriving and the drivers phoned ahead to let us know they were on their way. Overall very pleased with the end product just waiting for someone to stay over now so they can let us know what its like to sleep in!”
