“I have not received my item and not able to contact the delivery company as there is no tracking and they wont accept leaving it with a neighbour or safe place”

“Really happy with the furniture. Its solid and sturdy and looks great. my only issue was that i was told the furniture couldnt be delivered until the 23 December. This was no problem to me as i needed to decorate the bedroom and this would give me plenty of time. However without letting me know the furniture was delivered on the 12th November.”

“Process of ordering & delivery made so easy. Kept informed about delivery - at my convenience. Packaging of item (fireplace) was AMAZING - strong cardboard so no surprise that there was no damage or marks to the product. Can't fault the whole process.”

“Placed order on Saturday evening, delivery arranged for Monday. Furniture 123 despatched everything on time, my delivery was cancelled but by the courier the following day due to the van breaking down nothing to do with furniture 123 but they still refunded me my delivery charge even though they weren’t at fault. Would highly recommend, Hugh quality furniture and VERY easy to assemble as everything is numbered xx”

“I ordered A bed that was supposed to be delivered days ago. furniture 123 saying they don’t know what has happened to it and they have had to look into their warehouse and courier to see what is going on they have refused to send out another bed although this is not my fault they are now saying I have to wait until next week for them to get back to me disgusting service I am appalled I have never experienced anything like this before when ordering a large furniture item BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THEM”

“Delivery ok, but parts missing. Tried to get through on the helpline for 30 minutes. No response. Wardrobe was damaged. Big gouge out of the bottom panel. Very poor workmanship. Sorry to say. Alan Price”

“Amazing! Good quality, good professionalism, perfect delivery. The bed is so easy to assemble that my 15yr old daughter was able to do it herself. My kids loved their new bed and I’m thankful I’ve found your company! Will Definitely buy more furniture from you in the future.”
