“Order was placed with ease and the goods were delivered with 24 hrs of ordering having paid for next day delivery. Kept up to date by the delivery company and was given a one hour time slot that they were deliverer in. Service was exceptional and the goods were very good and to a high standard.”

“Very impressed with the service from Furniture 123. Placed order around 4pm Friday and bed was delivered by 9am Saturday! Friendly delivery guys and loved the bed! Beautiful :)”

“Excellent service. Delivery when they said, and it was packaged really well with care and attention. Ine slight problem was a missing piece of assembky instruction but wgen called customer care u recieved a call back in 15 minutes and an email with the missing instructions within 30 minutes can not fault then at all”

“Excellent quality furniture. Really pleased with it! Even the packaging was amazing! Nothing broken just missing a few screws which my husband managed to find in his tool box! “Spoke to someone on the phone about a bed , he was so helpful gave me all the info I needed. I ordered with him over the phone and the bed arrive 2 days later. Very happy with the Bed , good service from start to finish , delivery drivers very helpful too . Definitely buy from them again”
