“Ordered the bed on Friday, paid £10 for next day delivery. Was due to arrive on Monday. Got a message on Monday to say my bed won't be arriving on Monday it would arrive on Thursday. Got a message on Thursday saying they can't deliver the bed at all. Got a call on Monday to say let's rearrange delivery. I said I'd like to cancel the order. Still waiting for a refund.”

“Product assembled look exactly as shown on the website. Delivery was as advertised eg on date, within time slot and the driver unasked, carried it in for me. All in all a great start Packaging was very good, and once unpacked all parts were there undamaged, along with an assembly instruction. After reading the instruction I arranged all the parts in the order I would use them, including screws and dowels, followed the instruction and within an hour had a new table. My son was our first visitor to see the table. All he said was "Like the table Dad where did you get it." Praise indeed. At these prices and this level of efficiency I have no hang ups about using this company again.”

“No complaints. Kept me updated with order tracking. Transparent delivery information. Was called before delivery day by driver to give me a time frame for delivery, was punctual and driver was willing to accommodate my request to put the table I'd ordered where I wanted it. Table was exactly as expected, matched up to photos online. Be happy to order from site again. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering furniture online from UK to Ireland but decided to try it because similar tables in Irish stores were much more expensive.”

“Had a damaged coffee table delivered with missing parts. Arranged a delivery for spare parts to be sent, no email confirmation on this received. When I called back, they informed no spare parts could be delivered, a new table would be sent. Requested to cancel the order, which was agreed. But then received emails to confirm a delivery was taking place. Spent a total of 4 hours on the phone to resolve all of the above. Customer service staff do not know answers to many questions. All in all a terrible experience.”

“I intially had problems paying for the item I had chosen so I contacted them by phone. They were extremely helpful and took my order, this was Saturday and it could have been delivered Monday! However they arranged a day that was convenient for me. The delivery men were brilliant, brought the table into the house and checked all the packages to ensure it was correct. The table and chairs are perfect, it looks fantastic and exactly what I was expecting. The assembly instructions were straight forward and easy to follow and was done in a couple of hours. I would definitely use again and have already been recommending to friends.”

“The website is easy to navigate and find what you want. Online ordering is easy too. The furniture is excellent quality and delivery was quick and on time. We were given a 2 hour delivery slot on the day which meant we could plan our day and we weren’t sitting around waiting unnecessarily. Communication and customer service were first class. We would definitely recommend Furniture 123.”

“Good Value for money, Solid piece of furniture (70kg +) and well packaged. It did take several hours to assemble, and I’d like to think I’m quite capable! Pleased with product, but let down twice with cancelled deliveries.”

“This is the second time I’ve bought something from Furniture 123, and I’m very happy and I would definitely recommend them, the instructions are very detailed and easily explained, the bed itself was easy to construct and took no time at all, i would like to see you sell shorty beds, the ones roughly about 180cm long, If you did I wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. Anyway thanks again!.”
