“Fantastic service from start to finish. I had been badly let down by swoon for furniture I had ordered in September which was suppose to be arriving end of October then I received an email to say would be December then late last Friday night I received an email to say it now wouldn’t be until April. Our house had been flooded and I was gutted that now my furniture wasn’t arriving as in my head it was all going to be sorted by Christmas! I started looking for other companies and found yours that said some of the furniture would be with me by Monday! I obviously didn’t believe it but oh my goodness what a pleasure to do business with you. Great communication and customer service , delivery on time and next day and lovely guys. I opted for a day later in the week On my day of from work! Thank you thank you thank you! Not all furniture websites are the same as you! You have restored my faith in internet ordering! I will definitely be back !”

“Great service from start to finish bed arrived on time and was carried in by 2 friendly guys who placed it where I wanted it and opened it all up for me to check it was perfect easy to put together and is strong very pleased highly recommended”

“Great quality product- very happy with it. Advice I would give is not to buy if you intend to put it in a corner. Though think it is more to do with the shape of our boys room. We cannot get the desk part in. Also, use an electronic screwdriver! Other than that instructions are good. All holes well lined up. Delivery guys checked contents thoroughly which assured me. No problems at all with the quality as other reviews describe. Dark grey looks great.”

“Deliver etc was fantastic and the beds look great but even from putting the bunks together (carefully) there were quite a few scuffs and scratches in the paintwork. I’m not sure how long the paint will withstand active 3 & 5 year olds scrambling over them!”
