“Was worried about buying this bed with mixed reviews but just done it! The bed came within 1 day and the quality is amazing!! Me and my partner have the best sleep it’s so comfy. Defo recommend getting.”

“I placed an order for 2 beds and 2 mattresses. I received only 1 bed and 2 mattresses. I am still waiting days or a week later to find out when they are going to deliver my bed. I have sent a few emails, but i'm still waiting days later for a reply. I would call them but for some strange reason they have a premium rate number. Says everything about the customer service dosen't it.”

Ordered, picked a delivery time to suit us; email confirmation; email sent the day before confirming they were coming; email sent on the morning confirming a slot; phone call 15 mins before arriving; carried everything in; unpackaged and checked over everything. So so pleased.”

“paid extra for next day delivery, got half of it next day and the other half 2 days later, so asked for the next day delivery cost to be refunded, not heard anything from them, obviously they earn a little extra this way”

“Product excellent but it took 4 attempts to get the final legs to complete the table. All staff were very courteous and deliveries were quick, shame about the mess up with the table legs. Mrs K gruschka”

“Literally the worst company I have dealt with (I have just renovated my house so have dealt with loads of companies). Furniture123 sent me a second hand item which was not only damaged but also bodged back with some filler and paint (badly)! Was offered no apology, dealing with customer service is a total nightmare, sent about 20 emails but only one was responded to! Please don’t waste your time!”
