“Wanted to purchase a desk. Online said the desk was in stock. I called just to make sure that it was definitely in stock and was told it was. Placed an order on Tuesday the 15th Sep for delivery of 22nd Sep. Called on the morning on the 22nd Sep to check if they were coming and if there was an estimated time of delivery, was told it would be delivered before 6:00. So arranged childcare to pick up kids from school, waited all day and it never showed up. Next day called Furniture 123, they apologised and was going to check with the supplier. In the afternoon they returned my call to apologise saying the item was no longer in stock. I would have given 1 star but the people I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. Desk still showing in stock! So disappointed.”

“Bought a bed for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Value was good, some scuffs to the bed once unpacked, but nothing too bad. Biggest challenge was the 7 week lead time, despite the Furniture123 website smadvertising it as “in stock” when I ordered and paid. Customer services were unhelpful when checking why the website was showing back in stock with deliver to new customers as preceding mine which I’d booked abs paid for 6 weeks earlier. Very poor customer service.”

“Absolutely pleased with our Harlow Tv Unit , delivered on time , easy to erect. Did have a mark on the top of the unit when delivered , called customer services ,who promptly dealt with my problem and sent and new top out within no time at all A big thank you to you all at Furniture 123. Very happy customer. Will use again. Highly recommend A+++”

“Worst service I’ve ever had from a furniture company, was initially meant to receive my sofas July and the delivery date was changed 9 times and wasn’t delivered until September. No proper apology or explanation and had to take several day off work as annual leave due to the date changing to much.”
